Welcome to AtlasPPT! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AtlasPPT website, application, LLM chat service, and related features (collectively, the “Service”), provided by DLM Innovations LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other incorporated policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AtlasPPT is a free-to-use LLM-powered conversational AI service. Core usage is free. You may voluntarily leave a “tip” based on your satisfaction with the output. Tips are processed via third-party providers and are non-refundable. We may introduce paid features in the future.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and all activities under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

4. User Conduct and Content

  • You are solely responsible for your prompts, inputs, and any content you generate or share.
  • Do not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or prohibited content.
  • Outputs are for general informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
  • We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You grant us a broad, royalty-free license to use your inputs to operate and improve the Service. Service outputs may incorporate our or third-party intellectual property—do not claim ownership of the underlying models or technology.

6. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7. Payments and Tips

All tips are voluntary and non-refundable. We do not guarantee any specific level of service in exchange for tips.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE. AI OUTPUTS CAN HALLUCINATE OR BE INACCURATE—VERIFY IMPORTANT INFORMATION INDEPENDENTLY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DLM INNOVATIONS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DLM Innovations LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., liability, IP, indemnification) will continue.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by New York law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach.
