AtlasPPT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a free-to-use large language model (LLM) chat service similar to ChatGPT, operated by DLM Innovations LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service (the “Service”) via our website, app, or other interfaces.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email, username, password (or OAuth details) if you create an account.
  • Usage and Content Data: Prompts/inputs you provide, generated responses/outputs, conversation history, session metadata, device information (e.g., device type, OS), IP address, browser details, and usage analytics.
  • Payment/Tip Information: Voluntary tips processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
  • Automatically Collected Data: Cookies, web beacons, server logs, and analytics data (e.g., via Google Analytics or similar tools).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, personalize, and improve the Service, including generating relevant responses.
  • For service maintenance, debugging, analytics, and model improvement (conversations may be used in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form for training; you may opt out where possible via account settings or by contacting us).

We do not sell your personal data. We may use de-identified data for research or product development.
