End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: June 11, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and DLM Innovations LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the AtlasPPT LLM chat service, software, website, and related features (collectively, the “Software” or “Service”).

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes, free of charge, with the option to leave voluntary tips. This license is subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or model weights.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including generating prohibited content.
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service without express written permission.
  • Upload sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated data (health, financial, etc.) without accepting all associated risks.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Service, underlying models, technology, and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of DLM Innovations LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of your inputs. By submitting inputs, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and process them to provide and improve the Service. Outputs are provided for your use but may be subject to our or third-party rights—use responsibly and at your own risk.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations or other reasons. Upon termination, your license ends immediately, and you must cease all use.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR BIASES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DLM INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (typically $0 for free use).

6. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
